Information needed before a packaging quotation
This is a made-to-order packaging route rather than a ready-stock catalogue. Price and feasibility depend on structure, dimensions, material, artwork, finishing, insert, quantity and shipping requirements.
Box or bag style
Choose rigid magnetic box, lid-and-base gift box, drawer box, folding carton, corrugated mailer, tin box or paper shopping bag.
Internal dimensions
Provide length × width × height in millimetres and the packed product dimensions, weight and orientation.
Material and strength
State paperboard, greyboard, corrugated flute, kraft paper, tinplate or other target material and required load or protection level.
Printing and colour
Upload vector logo/artwork and specify CMYK, Pantone, inside/outside printing, kraft printing or no-logo neutral appearance.
Surface finish and insert
Confirm lamination, foil, embossing, spot UV or texture plus paper, pulp, EVA, foam or other product insert.
Quantity, sample and shipping
Send quantity per design, sample need, destination, flat or assembled packing preference, carton limit and document requirements.

Dimensions, bleed, logo, colour, printing and finish feasibility are reviewed. - 3. Sample approval
Structure, fit, colour, material, finish and insert are approved before bulk production. - 4. Bulk QC and export packing
Quantity, appearance, assembly, carton packing, marks and document scope are checked.
Lead-time note: custom packaging is normally planned around 30 days, with a possible shorter route near 20 days only after dieline, artwork, sample method, material and current capacity are confirmed.
